Cleaning Voucher/Gift Certificate - Terms and Conditions

1. Voucher Validity:

  • This cleaning voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Expired vouchers will not be accepted or extended.

2. Redemption:

  • The voucher can be redeemed only for cleaning services provided by Mountain Momma Cleaning.

  • To schedule a service, the customer must contact Mountain Momma Cleaning at least 3 days in advance.

  • The voucher must be presented at the time of booking or before service commencement.

3. Service Coverage:
  • The voucher serves as a credit towards the total cost of a clean. If the cleaning service exceeds the voucher value the remaining balance must be paid by the customer.

  • The voucher is valid only for the services specified on it.

  • Additional services or upgrades may be available at an extra cost.

  • Services are subject to availability and location restrictions.

4. Transferability & Refunds:

  • The voucher is transferable and may be used by another individual with prior notice to Mountain Momma Cleaning.

  • It cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.

  • No refunds are allowed.
  • Partial redemptions will be considered. Any value from the voucher that may be remaining after the clean is completed and redeemed may be usable on the next clean if you decide to book reoccurring services.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling:

  • A minimum notice of 72 hours is required for rescheduling a booked service.

  • Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of the voucher.

 6. Service Conditions:

  • The cleaning service will be conducted following Mountain Momma Cleaning’s service policies.

  • The company reserves the right to refuse service if unsafe or hazardous conditions are present at the service location.

7. Loss or Theft:

  • The company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Replacement vouchers may be issued at the company’s discretion.
8. Modification of Terms:

  • Mountain Momma Cleaning reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
